Well you should be able to do a fry up - you can get turkey bacon (dunno if it comes in halal version - but if you've got a halal shop near you, I'd bet they have it) You can also get halal sausages - if you can't find anything then look up merguez - delicious lamb sausages with some sort of spicy mix. Think how chuffed they'd be if you put this much effort in.

Despite protestations to the contrary, I can't see how slashing the neck of a conscious creature can be considered anything but unneccessarily spiteful, brutal, and cruel. All animals killed in the UK should be stunned first, fuck their exemption (and that of kosher). If they or their imaginary friend doesn't like it, there are plenty of vegetables to choose from.
