Ha, beat this!When I was young I had a bunch of severe ear infections which ruptured both eardrums and left me completely deaf during the years when language and speech is being formed in the brain.
When I was able to hear again, I spoke in my own unique accent that has never left me.
Everywhere I've lived people have asked me where I'm from.
They guess things like "Russian?" "German?" Nope. I just talk funny.
