Ha, I read an interview with the Battlefield Earth scriptwriter recentlyHe said he only hung out at the Scientology place to get chicks...and he was as appalled by the (changes they had made to the) finished movie as everyone else

I thought the book was a bloody good readIf it was filled in with any indoctrinating pseudo-scientology clap trap, then it went right over my head. As a pure sci-fi book though, it's epic.
