My experiences with sales departments has obviously been different.
There might be nice, honest salesfolk out there.
I have not met them.
I do however work in IT.

Hey don't take it badly
I meet and speak with all manner of unspeakable sales types, who would literally sell their mother for a bonus but we need to temper that attitude really.

I can well believe that you've had terrible experiences with salespeople - everyone has, and you're fully entitled to your opinionf
