Actually, they worked for me.
OK, yes, 30-40 quid for less than that many minutes. Yes, he drove a silver porsche, and yes, what *really* helped was having a very cute physio show me some exercises followed by taking up yoga.
He did work at fixing the initial problem though, and actually seemed quite pleased once I was in the position not to need his services any more.

are the happy exception.
When I paid for my services by cheque and THEY forgot to bank it or lost it or whatever. I was treated to some very rude behaviour when they were chasing payment, apparently paying them straight after the session wasn't sufficient.
The guy was an absolute cnut.
