If there isnt an address then its advertising that they pay to have put into the post for all houses in an area. If i remember rightly your local delivery office (Royal Mail, not post office, the place where you go to pick up a missed parcel) should have some forms to opt you out, or should at least be able to tell you how.
Damned if I can remember what the proper name for it is though.
And don't rant at the posties about it, I worked as one as a saturday job during 6th form, and it was quite a shock when the weight of the round doubled the first weekday I did (for extra holiday cash), purely due to the extra junk mail (mailsort 2-3, and the unaddressed stuff).

If it's occupier/ address, then shove it in a mailbox, it may well find its way back to them, and keep their mail dept even more busy

the forms for mthe post office is the MPS - Mail preference service
I've registered, but the fuckers still put it through the letterbox!
