had someone come out a while ago
to replace my windows. they used many power tools, but my new windows are nice, so i didn't mind. i made them cups of tea and chatted with them, they were really very pleasant.
before they left, they gave me a £5 lecky card to cover any electricity they'd used, which must have been less than £1.
no complaints here.
