I lost myyouthful excitement in politics because of those dicks. I was at an anti-loans march in 1993ish, and saw someone from the Socialist Workers Party arguing with someone from the Workers Socialist Party (or similar) arguing over some point of dialectic. It was then I realised that none of these idiots cared at all about improving the world, only about being right about the interpretation of some obscure marxist text.
