In pretty much only annual review in seven yearsmy (soon to be ex)boss' only supposed criticism was that I should "try to be less of a maverick" - I took it much more as a compliment to be honest.
However, my fear is that he might have meant "unbranded calf, cow, or steer, especially an unbranded calf that is separated from its mother." meh.
