A contemporary at university......who decided to write a thesis on rap lyrics was greeted by one of the older/more traditional Cambridge dons with:

HahahaIt's usually quite tongue-in-cheek though. I did a paper on Frank Miller last year, and kept getting comments about the Beano and other comics.
