When I had mine a few years agothey didn't use stitches or anything, they put a load of CORNFLOUR in the general area and made me wear tight boxers to go home.
So not only was I walking like John Wayne for a week, I had the embarrassment of a cloud of flour following me around every time i made the slightest movement.
Also being told by a nurse that i had to have 'roughly 40 wanks in a fortnight' before I would be classed as 'safe' is a weird conversation to have.
