getting it off your chest
can i just presume that's only there as an excuse for the line following?

things we'd like to get off our chest are confessions to people we have somehow wronged or fibs we told and feel guilty about. generally it's the feeling of guilt which weighs you down(thus getting the weight off you).
but wh ywould this be bothering you so much you'd feel the need to share it with the internet? we don't care if you wanted to play splashy happy funtime with your mates, perhaps you should be apologising to your 'rents for the semen stains on their sofa
