I nulled a column in our production database.Managed to get it back with some join wizardry though.
Also accidentally submitted something on our customers live system, and hastily removed it at 5.25pm on a Friday. Driving home, I realized if i'd missed something I could've ended up fucking the system into a tinker's bucket. I was relieved to get in after the weekend to find out it was fine.
I now use colour schemes to determine what environment I'm on.
