Manual HandlingThe company I work for sent me on a Health & Safety course. A week in Birmingham - soul destroying.
When I got back, I found that they'd also arranged for everyone at the company to have some manual handling training (like how to lift boxes etc - all rather boring).
My first input after receiving my H&S ROSPA certificate was to run an afternoon session for smaller groups of people on Manual manual handling - how to lift heavy manuals.
