Question of the Week suggestions
Each week we ask a question. The idea is to generate material that's:
* interesting to read, i.e. we won't get bored of reading the answers after about 10 of them
* not been asked on this site before
* fun to answer
What would you like to ask? (We've left this question open - so feel free to drop in ideas anytime.)

I miss my Granddad (Taid), who lived down in Wales.
Only really got to see him once a year. Then when we found out he was ill, and went down to see him, he couldn't remember us.
The day before we were due to leave we went to see him and he was a little more with it and gave me a thumbs up. He died the next morning, thank fuck we hadnt left for home or we wouldn't have found out for 12 hours. No mobile phones then.
He was a great guy and I love all my memories of him, from working in the greenhouse, smoking a pipe, playing darts and dominoes, to him burying a carrier bag of potatoes for me to dig up as he hadn't planted any that year.

I went running into the house with this bag of spuds, my mum and stepdad pissing themselves laughing.
My nan keeping a straight face and my taid out the back, king of the vegetable patch.
