Upon reading many of the health & safety training courses from this week.Over the top OSH stuff.
A quick 1 -
I own a chainsaw which I service myself. I have used said chainsaw many times to successfully cut things down without losing limbs or chopping off my face.
I cannot use any chainsaw at work to cut branches off a tree because I do not have my "Chainsaw Ticket" - a days training to learn how to use a chainsaw.
Srsly.

There are some doozys out there!I can BUY a chainsaw but, because I don't have a 'chainsaw ticket', I can't HIRE one!
