I've worked in the trade myselfIn general if a customer is being really obnoxious it couldn't happen to a nicer operator. That being said I always limit myself to being cool but polite with them when I get cold called and if I find them really annoying I start quoting Offcom & DMA reguloations at them which usually does the trick.
