Online ordering cockupsLast week I ordered a new cordless telephone from ebuyer. What turned up was a 17" TFT monitor worth £60 more. I'm waiting to see what I was billed for then I will complain or sell it on. Still means I have to order a phone in again...
What online or catalogue delivery errors have you had, were they in your favour and what did you do about it?
