IncompetenceA client phoned me this morning and asked me to take some stuff from a Word doc and put it into a presentation for him. I suggested he just copy and paste it. He didn't know what I meant - I had to talk him through it step by step.
The same guy also once phoned me and asked me to do a sum for him. I asked if he didn't have a calculator on his phone? 'Yes, but I can't use it if I'm on the phone to you, can I?'
