Me, meI once got asked to volunteer at a big name wildlife park. I jumped at the chance! On the 3rd or 4th phone call to arrange it I realised I'd misheard, and it was actually a little crappy mini-farm/petting zoo type thing full of smelly dwarf goats. It just happened to have a similar name as the wildlife park. And I'd already enthusiastically said yes, so I spent some months shoveling smelly goat poo until I ran away.
