Ripped OffA friend who worked in a second hand record shop told us about a Japanese guy who regularly bought "rare" records in their shop. One time, he was looking for a signed copy of "Never Mind the Bollocks".
They didn't have one. Four people and one magic marker later, they did. Ker-ching!

I sell stuff on ebayYou pay a fee to list your item
You pay a fee when you sell your item
Then they pay with paypal (owned by ebay) and you pay again.
Then transfer it to bank account (pay again).
In the mean time post said item, pay at post office and lose bank interest while waiting for paypal to actually send the money.
Basically sell something for £5, get about £3.50 back. What a rip.
