Ripped OffA friend who worked in a second hand record shop told us about a Japanese guy who regularly bought "rare" records in their shop. One time, he was looking for a signed copy of "Never Mind the Bollocks".
They didn't have one. Four people and one magic marker later, they did. Ker-ching!

VW serviceGot my passat serviced a while back
VW charge £7.90 PER LITRE for oil. That means the oil for an oil change costs over £40.
Wonder what they'd say if I bought my own at Halfords and said "use that instead".
