Nah - I just lived there for a few years. I went back for a couple of stag dos there last year and met up with a few friends that still drink in Fermats (or whatever it's called now), and most of the city seemed pleasantly unchanged. I liked Timepiece when I was there - well, the downstairs bar anyway. A boozer open until 1.00 was virtually unheard of back then. And I used to work on their burger van too, which was surprisingly awesome fun.

Quite possibly. The question is, did you deserve it?

(Hopefully I didn't give anyone food poisoning - I think that was left up to the bar staff.) Massive weight gain and BSE aside, I don't remember suffering any ill-effects from eating the burgers there.
