I'm well into aldi these days, since we found that their vegetables and meat are much fresher than asda /tesco. I actually quite like the offer of a cheap welder alongside the fabric softener.

lidls is brilliant for vegetables.
i would say, buy what you need at the most appropriate shop. For me, this means Sainsburys for fish and meat, Lidl for vegetables, Tesco for no wait i only ever go to one shop.
