Just remembered!I have a friend who's school song included the line "Then gather ye together, ye whose emblem is the lily". She said it was a true delight to hear scores of girls joyously belting out the amended line
"Then gather ye together, ye whose emblem is the willy"

We all like sheepThe original lyric was "We all, like sheep, have gone astray".
A large proportion of the assembled singers would omit the last three words completely, rendering the hymn as a paean our ovine cousins, and possibly the committing of unnatural acts with them...

Excellent!One of the benefits of assemblies is that it give plenty of opportunity to consider how best to subvert innocent lyrics.
