School Projects
MostlySunny wibbles, "When I was 11 I got an A for my study of shark nets - mostly because I handed it in cut out in the shape of a shark."
Do people do projects that don't involve google-cut-paste any more? What fine tat have you glued together for teacher?

STONEhenge?
You were lucky. When I was at school, we had to make do with woodhenges, and be glad of it.

I used to live down the road from Woodhenge
The wooden posts has long since rotted away, and had been replaced by concrete ones.
We also had a free family pass into Stonehenge, as did all residents within a certain distance - I think we were about two miles away. It was a nice walk over there, through a field with a gert massive bull in it.
