Certainly agree about them being inconsiderateMy street is 2 way, but very narrow. If 2 cars are passing in opposite directions, somebody has to move over and let the other pass. There's not always a discernable rule about who goes first, you just need to be reasonable and polite about it.
There are two groups of people who never, ever move over, and who never say thank you when you do - women, and anybody in a 4 wheel drive.
I've been observing this in this street for the last 4 years and it happens without fail. And being a lady myself, I simply do not understand this total lack of common courtesy that seems to strike my gender.
