Equal rights just means equal rights in law, it doesn't mean equality in any other way. Of course there's differences between the sexes (and within them too) but both should have the legal right to equal treatment in the same situation, equal pay for the same jobs, etc etc blah-de-blah. That's all that equal rights means and if you're against that you're a git.
Apols for lack of funny, but that's a common error that really gets on my tits.
