For girlsThe same goes for the girls, don't put up with a cunt for a bloke. The moment he starts treating you with contempt, putting you down, chipping away at your confidence, the ditch him before he gets worse.
It saddens me when I hear about women who will forgive their man, even though he's an arse because "he does love me", he clearly doesn't.

totally agreeits hard to get out once you're in deep, i have made this mistake with women.
