As for the problem with humanity and relationships, the problem is not that ~50% of the population are female, the problem is that 100% of the population are human.
In the same way that socialism doesn't work (because it fails to take account of human frailty) and relationship where there is no symbiosis will also fail (example: my first marriage. Oops.).
