Evolution does not make giving birth easierProviding you can give birth without dying, then it matters not how uncomfortable. Which is why shagging feels great to encourage you to do it.
How many women have more than one child even though the first is always the hardest to push out. Besides, it hurts because we walk upright. Also, we don't have to fear having our offspring eaten by lions, which is why gazelles give birth very easily and the infant is up on its feet within 10 mins.
