i cant help but agree with you on everything but point 2.
women should be paid the same if its the same job. if its something they cannot do as well as a physically stronger person, they should be paid less. i.e. heavy lifting type jobs.
and girls have been fucking off to have babies for a while now, its nothing new to businesses.
