I think there's one fair way of testing thisWomen do have a similarly sensitive area, it's just better guarded. Due to a small accident involving failing to uneventfully climb over a metal fence, I believe I have experienced the closest possible female equivalent to being kicked in the balls.
I'll get back to you if I ever give birth.
