That almost sounds like a medical conditionBut, if you want your partner to hurry up make their mind up, limit their options. It might sound a bit harsh, but given a choice of 2 or 3 options, the selection time is obviously quicker, but also they're more satisfied with their choice rather than if they've had to pick from 15 - 20 options.
