I wish the UK was betterA friend of mine isn't allowed to see his son more than for a couple of hours every other week, just because he has a penis and his ex wife doesn't. He had to get a court to say he was allowed to phone his own child on Christmas Day, yet anyone else who happened to find out the house phone number would have no such legal hurdles. Apparently being a separated-from-the-mother father is grounds for restrainig-order like restrictions rather than being allowed to treat your child like your own child.
