It CAN be cleanerIf a man has trouble with his foreskin, like it doesn't go all the way back. The man essentially can't clean under it, leaving a stinky vile mess that circumcision prevents.

That's for medical purposes then rather than just for the sake of cleanlinessBesides we have a foreskin for a reason. It has evolved to make sex more pleasurable (so to encourage you to procreate more often).
