Apparently spome men can escape those.Something to do with slipping your balls out or something, sounds too painful to think about. Also, they're relatively cheap.

They say no device is escape proof, but that's not the point.I don't think many are forced to wear them. I've not got to the point were I've tried or needed to cheat. Some don't use a device and go on honour, even with a device there is still an element of that.
