Look mate, none of us liked the strapon at first. Main thing is to relax, dont fight it, and use lots of lube. As a beginner, push back into her instead of her thrusting into you. Do it doggy wwith your ass up high in the air first for a bit so gravity drags your bowels etc out of the way. Sitting on top first up may not work for you. You'll be fine though. Its all good.
