Doggy decoration
It's one of my pet hates, dog poo left on the pavement, but this morning, I spied something unusual.
Not the usual boring old brown dump from a canine friend - this was multi-coloured. The first couple of blobs were brown, followed by a couple of white blobs, then another brown! Strung out in a big line.
I was so impressed I nearly took a picture, but a car was coming and I didn't want to look like a complete weirdo. Mind you, it begs the question,
"What the heck are they feeding the poor thing?"
Or, were two dogs synchronised shitting?

our dog does multicoloured poos
All variations of brown in one turd. We feed her on the BARF diet (bones and raw food). They also come in interesting arrangements. Much drier than regular poo, it is considerably less unpleasant to pick up.
Mind, collecting a fresh steaming jobby on a winter's day will always make me retch.

White poo seems to come from eating bones
so the answer to your question is: they were feeding the 'poor thing' a proper diet.

Scuse my ignorance
I'm a cat owner, folks. I'd love a dog but he who pays the bills won't have it, sadly. Mind you, I've always wondered why we cook food for animals quite capable of killing their own dinner ....
