ShopliftingWhen I was young and impressionable and on holiday in France, I followed some friends into a sweet shop and we each stole something. I was so mortified by this, I returned them.
My lack of French hampered this somewhat - they had no idea why the small English boy wanted to add some chews to the open box, and saw it as an attempt by a nasty foreigner oik to contaminate their stock. Not my best day.

I'm stilltravelling on a student concession even though I stopped my coursework about eight months ago and both the Centrelink health care card and the Monash student card are officially invalid... but very conveniently have a printed expiry date of Feb 08, which is enough for ticket inspectors.
I probably won't do this for the next monthly ticket, bringing my pubic transport costs up to $100 a month fucking fuck. (On the other hand that's $3.20 a day which is the same as the concession daily, and you can go anywhere in Melbourne. On the other hand, you're in Melbourne.)
