Curtains for the wallI only just told my parents that it was me that had pulled the curtains and curtain rail from the living room wall in 1987. I was 6, she was 4.
I was swinging on the curtains on a Sunday morning - why not?
When the rail pulled out two huge chunks out of the wall and spat plaster and curtain everywhere I immediately ran upstairs to the slumbering folks, and told them 'LOOK WHAT SHE'S DONE!'

Click!I only just told my dad twas I who broke his, and I quote 'really fucking expensive record player'. That was twenty years ago. I was thirteen. I was pretending to do remixing on the decks and completely fucked the thing up. I thought my dad would be impressed with my honesty, but no, he went purple and had to take his dog for a walk to calm down.

HaI blew my dad's handmade speakers by running my guitar through his amp when he was on holiday - you get a great fuzz-tone when you're on the brink of meltdown, fact fans.
No one knew until my brother bought them off him - at which point the whole, sorry tale came to light.
