not at all. So am IIt was just that I didnt see him having 'colleagues' per se. Because I dont think he'd survive in that environment any longer than a week.

My being a self-employed contractormeans that I work alongside a lot more 'colleagues' than I did when I was employed full-time by a company. Perhaps I'm doing it wrong.
