Personally, I've never ever smoked a cigarette. Lung damage from pneumonia put me off.

Yeah, I do this.I went to boarding school: as soon as we were dropped off on the first day of term, it'd be off down the bike sheds for a few fags, then smoking like a chimney every day all term.
Then I'd go home for the holidays for a month or two (depending on the time of year), not smoke at all, and never feel any need to. Unlike my friends, who'd be smoking at home, getting caught by their parents, and regularly grounded.
