Spoilt Brats
Mr Newton sighs, "ever known anyone so spoilt you would love to strangle? I lived with a Paris Hilton-a-like who complained about everything, stomped her feet and whinged till she got her way. There was a happy ending though: she had to drop out of uni due to becoming pregnant after a one night stand..."
Who's the spoiltest person you've met? Has karma come to bite them yet? Or did you in fact end up strangling them? Uncle B3ta (and the serious crimes squad) wants to know.

How to solve your electricity bill
Decide what you think is a reasonable/normal cost for the house fuel bill if lights/tv's etc were off when not in use.
Then show the girls the current bill and explain what it should be.
Then tell them that when the next bill arrives anything above your accepted value is their responsibility and will be taken off their "potential" pocket money.
Thus they have a vested interest in keeping the fuel bills down.
Also an idea for the dishwasher problem; Next time they don't do it cook dinner but just for you & the Mrs. Don't bother to cook for the daughters. When they question it simply tell them there weren't clean dishes for them or that with all the dirty dishes on the side there wasn't enough space etc. Or just say "because"!

Haha, I like the way you're thinking =)
Happily though, since she's now my ex-wife, some other poor sap can deal with it \o/
I hasten to add though, they're not the reason I left...
