As much as giving the little shits a shoeing sounds funIt's not the kids themselves who deserve it.
For every delinquent snot factory there is at least one dysfunctional parent. A bratty kid can be fixed with the right blend of discipline, diplomacy and positive reinforcement. Even Supernanny can do this.
However, it will be worth a sugery fuck if you give the child back to its' dysfunctional parents. It's the parents that need fixing. Give 'em a kick in the cock.
