This drugs thingThat makes sense, as we also have mysterious, often-heard-never-seen ice cream van. The sound of it comes from the chavvy neighbourhood a few blocks away and even though there's a school down there as well, the music plays all hours of the day.
Also, it's winter now and you can still hear it. Curious....
