is that really commonplace?
I've never read anyone's phone messages. I did read a bloke's diary once when I was young and foolish - he'd left it on MY bed, open at the page that said he was 'secretly' in love with my friend. They later ran off to Mexico together. She phoned to say she got cystitis two days into the trip and that's how we knew they were at it like bunnies. I hope it stung.
