He'd seen an advert for one of those 100 games in one systems on the telly.
He came into work and announced he'd got one for 3 quid from the local game shop and wanted to know how it plugged in the telly.
It took 10 minutes to explain to him he'd bought a mega drive controller.

There was a Megadrive controller with built in games available a few years back that you plugged straight into the telly
A bit of googling turned this up: www.firebox.com/product/864/Sega-Mega-Drive-6-in-1-Plug-n-Play but I'm sure there was a version that looked exactly like the standard Megadrive controller as well
