I think it's odd they're not.
We have rhino's, some speciese of deer [I think] with conical horns and a lot of almost-unicorn animals. Yet, oddly, no unicorn.
The theory that occurs to me is that a deer-sized animal which can kill that easily during the dual would be too deadly to survive. Two horns means a less deadly fight,
