Pain, I assure you.You know of the supposed Altoid Effect? I've never had it work with Altoids, but when my girlfriend has just brushed her teeth (and rinsed) I can definitely feel a tingly coolness down below. I can't imagine what straight toothpaste applied to the nether regions would feel like, but I can guess that it would not be good...
